We start by getting to know each other— you’ll tell me about your goals and aspirations, and I’ll tell you more about my design process and what you can expect working with me on your brand design. If we’re a match, I’ll send over a detailed project proposal based on your business goals and needs, followed by an in-depth brand questionnaire that’ll help us get started on our journey in crafting the brand of your dreams.
This part of the process is all about laying the foundation for your brand identity. It’ll be the blueprint in creating your brand’s look, feel and character in a way that resonates with your target audience and aligns with your brand ethos and business goals. This part of the process also includes gathering visual inspiration and creating mood boards, preparing us for the next step.
Using the strategy and inspiration we’ve gathered, we move on to concept development. After the extensive design process is complete, you'll receive a brand presentation where you’ll get to envision your brand applied in real life through high quality mockups. We’ll fine-tune your brand until it’s perfect!

If we’re an A+ fit, I’ll put together a proposal outlining everything that’s included in your brand project, based on your business goals and needs. Once you’ve reviewed the proposal and signed our agreement, you’ll book your project and secure a slot in my calendar, as well as make the first downpayment.

My availability is based on my schedule at the time, but I dedicate space in my calendar for this purpose. Depending on your needs, the sooner you reach out, the better. There’s usually about a 1-2 week turnaround time, depending on your needs.
Since I have limited availability, I’m not able to take on all project requests. I also take into consideration whether or not the business/ project aligns with my values, expertise or areas of interest, and would most likely decline if I feel that I wouldn’t be the best fit for the brand.
I sure do! Since the entire process is conveniently hosted online, there’s no geographical limit to who I can work with.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your project (I’m usually booking projects approximately 1-2 months ahead). This secures your place in my calendar and helps me plan my workload, ensuring your project receives the time and attention it deserves.
The remaining balance is divided into two payments: 40% due at the start on your project, and the remaining 40% due before the delivery of your final brand identity package.
I’m currently booking projects approximately 1-2 months ahead. The sooner you get in touch with me via the inquiry form, the sooner we can explore a potential partnership and secure your slot in my calendar.
